Child safety standards
LookForParty is made by Giga-Green Technologies, Inc.. We do not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, and we build the app so teens are kept apart from adults they don't know.
What we prohibit
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including drawn or generated images.
- Grooming, sexual messages or sexual requests involving anyone under 18.
- Sextortion, and any attempt to get a teen to move to another app or meet in private.
- Trafficking or any other exploitation of a child.
Any of these ends the account at once. We remove the content, keep what the law needs as evidence, and report it as described below.
How teens are protected
LookForParty is for players aged 13 and up. For players aged 13 to 17:
- A parent approves the account before a teen can use it.
- Teens can't send or receive direct messages with anyone. They only chat in a game's or a group's chat.
- Chats where a teen and an adult would both be are paused.
- Any chat with a teen in it can be read by our moderators, and blocks contact details and moves to other apps.
- Teens never see games hosted in someone's home, only games at stores, within 15 miles.
- Teens and adults can only invite each other after they've been at the same game.
- We never show anyone's exact location, and notifications to teens never name an adult.
- Photos people add are checked for known CSAM before anyone else can see them.

How to report
- In the app: tap Report on a message, a person, a game, a listing or a photo, and choose child safety. These reports go straight to our trust and safety lead.
- By email: info@lookforparty.com, with "Child safety report" in the subject.
- To the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
How we respond
- Child safety reports are reviewed first, by our trust and safety lead only.
- We remove the content and close the accounts involved.
- We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC, as United States law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we work with law enforcement.
- We keep the evidence the law needs, even when an account is deleted. An account under legal hold is never removed. See what we keep.
