How to do it
Open your store's dashboard. If you run more than one location, pick the one the vendor is visiting from Store in the top bar.

In the store's side menu, under Your store page, choose Traveling merchants.

Traveling merchants lists the visits you've posted that haven't ended. Players within 100 miles see them on your map pin and in Explore's Traveling merchants list. Posting visits comes with Store Pro, for staff who can manage events.

Under Post a visit, enter the vendor's business name: not a person's, and no contact details. Then enter when they start and finish, in store time, for up to 4 days. Tick what they bring. Press Post visit.

The visit is listed, and shows on your pin right away. Press Remove on a visit to take it down.

Traveling merchants can also post their own stops at your store, on any plan. They show under Merchants stopping by, with the merchant's handle, the days and what they bring.

If you'd rather a merchant's stop didn't show at your store, press Remove from our store, then confirm. Players won't see it on your pin, and the merchant sees that you removed it.

Changed your mind? Press Show it again to put the stop back on your pin.
